Designing today involves knowledge of many different fields

Designing even small projects no longer requires just knowing design, materials, and dealing with public authorities. It also requires understanding energy conservation principles to create increasingly eco-friendly homes, as well as basic acoustics to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.

Inspection
A survey not only of the dimensions but also of the technical systems and any potential problems. An expert eye identifies potential difficulties and allows them to be addressed early, avoiding late-stage delays or costly solutions.
Design
Projects and ideas are born from the dialogue with clients' needs; there are no standard solutions that fit all. Every place has its own cultural roots, and every person has their own traditions.

Energy conservation is crucial because it not only allows us to pollute less and leave our children a better place, but also saves on heating and air conditioning costs.
Acoustic Requirements
We're increasingly surrounded by disturbing noises: roads, railways, but also noisy neighbors, singing competitions, technological systems, bars... Having a home that protects us from noise can make the difference between relaxing and sleeping badly.
Works management
Attentive construction management makes the difference, especially in the finishing touches and the attention to detail that no bricklayer can provide. This is simply because homes nowadays have systems and technologies that are difficult to understand without first having thoroughly examined them, including regulatory compliance.<br><br>
Energy Certification
Every apartment should have one, we all know this by now, but since it&apos;s a requirement, why not turn it into an opportunity by asking for advice on how to improve your home and save on heating or air conditioning?
Acoustic Testing
Today, many renovations or changes in use require it, so why not take advantage of this opportunity to gain valuable insights? Did you know, for example, that a small crack under the front door can destroy almost all of a wall&apos;s soundproofing?
Land registry
Once all the work is completed, in most cases it is necessary to update the Land Registry to have a new file and to have peace of mind in the event of a future sale or rental.

Hello everyone, this is me.

I was born in Milan in 1973. I earned a high school diploma from the Liceo Classico Monforte and a degree in Architecture from the first faculty of the Milan Polytechnic. After several years of work experience as an employee in small design firms in Milan, I registered with the Milan Order of Architects in 2007 and began working freelance.
I’m a supporter of a multidisciplinary approach; in my opinion, every designer should have knowledge across all design fields to be able to perform at their best. For this reason, I’ve attended several postgraduate specialization courses: the energy certification course, which earned me a place on the Lombardy Region’s CENED Register of Energy Certifiers; the CasaClima – Klimahaus course for designing zero-impact buildings; the advanced training course in food retail design at Poli.design – Milan Polytechnic; the course for safety coordinator during the design and construction phases on construction sites, which earned me certification as a Safety Coordinator pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08; and the course for Competent Technician in Environmental Acoustics, which earned me a place on the Lombardy Region’s and ENTECA’s national register of competent acoustic technicians.
I work primarily as a consultant: my focus is on making beautiful projects also functional from an economic, energy, and acoustic perspective.
